COUNCIL OF COMMUNICATIONS ADVISOR NOMINATIONS - HOW ABOUT YOU

We have been asked to assist in a little recruiting of new blood into the Council of Communications Advisors. Before we go on, if you know of anyone who might qualify as a candidate or can help us spread the word that we are looking for potential candidates then we would greatly appreciate your efforts. Before I forget, no fee is charged to potential candidates or advisors. Here is the deal.

The council is looking for agents, retailers, and master resellers of wireless services and products. The council of advisors is a group of experts who literally apply their experience and knowledge to a Wall Street Think Thank. A very prestigious one at that. William is on the council and I can tell you that being on the council not only brings you respect and credibility but it can be, shall we say, financially pleasant?

A nice piece to this is that most experts have only to complete a survey provided by the council and they get paid for it. Don't try and BS your way into the council either as you will be found out very quickly if you really don't know the industry in your specific field of expertise. One survey is all it will take to determine that, so be honest.

Others may be asked to conduct a more extensive project or consultation for which you will be paid a fee that you have negotiated as an advisor. If you are interested and if you qualify, William will sponsor you as a nominee to the council. There is no guarantee as they are fairly selective but it is worth a shot. Here is what you will need to email to William. Name, area of (wireless) expertise, phone number, email address, what kind of business you are involved in, and city/state.

If you are selected as a potential candidate, you will be contacted by the council recruiting office directly. They will send you an application which you must complete entirely so they can make an evaluation of your qualifications. Believe me this is something you would want on your credentials and qualifications sheet. William even puts it on his business cards so it must be a status symbol or something.

Okay, so it looks cool on them too. People seem to be impressed when they see it on his credentials sheet. I am not impressed in the least though. I don't have to be impressed because my dad can beat up his dad. Besides that, I got the Annual Writer's Award! Since I created the award and I was the only contestant, it is obvious that my talent in journalism shines above all others.

Seriously. The above offer of a nomination is no joke. It is to be taken very seriously because having this title is worth its weight in gold. Not everyone can get it and it means you are a step above the rest. There is no harm in trying to be recognized as one of the best. If you feel that you deserve such a title, pass your info on to William and cross your fingers.

You can reach him at editor@cellularphonenews.com

Good Luck!

CINGULAR CUSTOMERS NEED TO GET READY FOR A NEW KIND OF SERVICE

Cingular and AT&T Wireless must be of the same mind in their efforts to compete with Voicestream. Both of them have decided to spend a billion or more dollars on developing a GSM network. Cingular is playing it smart by working with Voicestream who has an established network of GSM tower locations -- a boon to cellular phone users in many ways. First, the cell phones will cost carriers about $20 to $30 less per unit. Another advantage is that we can finally get some of that European style technology over here.

This may be the opening that WAP developers were looking for in the US. The GSM network is usually faster at delivering wireless data for internet applications, faster than what we have in the US now. So we not only get cheaper phones but we can get service at a faster rate which will cost the same if not slightly less than what is currently being paid for wireless internet service.

Still, that will help to speed up the acceptance of GSM service and possibly WAP applications that much faster. AT&T Wireless is looking to build a GSM network as well but since they are smaller, they didn't cut as big a deal as Cingular. The upgrade is to begin in 2002 and will take 12 to 18 months to roll out nationwide.

Cingular will be using the EDGE system which delivers data at 470 kbps which is fast enough to deliver video over a cell phone. As it stands, GSM networks are used in more than 110 countries with the US having the lowest possible service available via a GSM network. If I recall correctly, over 300 million people use GSM phones which is why it has been focused on as the network of choice to introduce the more fancy applications.

Included in Cingular's deal are cell phones from Ericsson and Siemens, both of whom have some pretty cool cellular phones available for the GSM networks. In case you are wondering, the defection to GSM networks is to put carriers in place to take advantage of 3G technology. Even though you may be reluctant, you might want to begin reading up on it as it looks like it will become the future.

Here are some 3G technology resources for your review:

http://www.fcc.gov/3G/  A bit humdrum in stating the facts. Should be used on a Dragnet episode. "Just the facts Ma'am."

http://www.3gnewsroom.com/  A resource that can give you an idea as to what is happening with 3G technology.

http://www.3g-generation.com/prototype.htm  Another good resource that shows all the different GSM phones that are in the prototype stage. Various cell phone manufacturers are listed.

CELL PHONE USER BATTLES RETAILER AND WINS THE FIGHT

It is a sad state of affairs when a cellular phone user has to go directly to the carrier for assistance because a retailer was either unable or unwilling to assist the customer. So here is what Doris was trying to do. She wanted to upgrade her phones to a more advanced model of cellular phone. The retailer said she couldn't because she already turned in the manufacturer's rebate for the cellular phones. Doris fought back and here is what happened.

We informed Doris that if she was having a problem with the retailer then she should circumvent them by going directly to the carrier. Cingular offered to pay half of the cost of the new phones. Not satisfied and a little fired up, Doris then went down to the local courthouse and realized that she had an excellent chance at winning in small claims court.

So it was off to the retailer again. When she arrived to inform them that she wanted to cancel service, they acted pretty quick. They called the regional manager who stated that he had received the letter from Doris stating that she wanted to upgrade and that she was not fully satisfied with service. Turns out that the towers had been down for a few days.

In the end, Doris got an even swap of her cell phones to the newer model Nokia cell phone. We would like to take credit putting her on the right path but we think that Doris is more than feisty enough to have handled the situation herself. Just what you would expect from a member on the Board of Education. I might add that Doris is on a Board of Education that is teacher friendly. We know because we did a small part in helping them with a surprise Teacher's Appreciation Dinner. Not everyday that you hear about that!

Oh yeah. Doris also said that the people at Cingular were very nice. The retailer on the other hand was only nice up until the sale was a done deal. After that she was treated as nothing more than another body with a cell phone bill. Let this be a lesson to retailers. The customer is the reason for your business. No customers = No business.

FEATURE ARTICLE IN MAJOR TELECOM MAGAZINE RECOGNIZES EVC EXPERTISE

It is time to again embarrass William with his well-earned status as an expert in the wireless market. He was recently quoted quite heavily in a major telecom magazine that featured a 3 page article in the print version. Since we can't show you that one, we can show you the online version of it. Not as pretty but it will do.

Before I put up the link, take a look at how his claims were supported by various experts and then look at the other corporate names listed in the same article as EVC. He said this feature article surpassed his delight at having EVC featured on NBC for our cellular phone etiquette piece. This was one of the few magazines that he coveted for a feature article with EVC's name in it. This article was about the Hispanic market and prepaid telecom services.

The really funny part is that he knows a lot of words in Spanish but he can never seem to make them fit correctly into a sentence. I can speak more fluently than he does. Quiero Tacos Por Favor! I learned that from the Taco Bell commercial cause I am so smart and a linguistic genius. Now you can read what it was that tripped his trigger enough that he felt that NBC had to move over. Click on the feature article called Viva La Differencia.

http://www.phoneplusmag.com/prepaid/toc1c1.html

Yes, we had an article published about EVC before but it wasn't a feature article. Besides that was over a year ago and we needed something fresh. You can't get any better than a feature article in a major trade magazine with EVC's name all over it.

CELL PHONE CANCER LAWSUITS TAKE A SETBACK WITH CONSOLIDATION

So many lawsuits, so much class action money to be collected, and so little time. That seems to be what the Federal Courts appear to be thinking too when they consolidated all the various cell phone cancer lawsuits into one. All those poor attorneys are now going to have to share the pie if they win their case. I hate it when that happens.

But class action suits are very rarely won. If anything the defending parties will usually settle out of court just to avoid the litigation which is what most attorneys who bring these types of lawsuits are hoping for. Less work for them and it is a quick way to make an easy buck and hopefully gain fame. Not so sure if the work won't be tremendous in this case. They might have sued too many parties who have the resources to fight back.

So far there are lawsuits pending in Louisiana, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New York. One of them being a Neurologist and another being who we believe to be a former Motorola employee. Both plaintiffs contracted brain tumors that they say were caused by cellular phone use. Named in the lawsuits were various carriers, a couple of industry associations, and Motorola. We aren't sure why the other manufacturers have escaped this frenzy but it could be because Motorola is the oldest wireless phone manufacturer.

I do sympathize with these people who contracted cancer. But when you think about all the different causes of cancer including brain tumors, it is hard to say what caused the cancer. I mean really. If I were to swallow one of those wireless camera pills we mentioned in previous articles, is it going to give me stomach cancer? You couldn't get RF signals any closer to the body than that. It would be my luck I would get a tumor on my butt. If I do, I am going to sue my underwear manufacturer, the cotton growers, and the retailers who sold them.

That is what these lawsuits basically amount to when you think about it. None of the studies conducted so far with true scientific validation have been able to link cell phones and cancer. The first reports will be coming out this month on studies conducted to study this problem in more detail. The studies are being conducted by labs in the US, Germany, and Italy to allow for the most comprehensive results to be reported.

By the time these lawsuits come to their final stages if ever, the lab results should be available as a possible defense to those companies named in the lawsuits. If anything, it will be interesting to see how this drama will unfold in the future. Then again, we might be the next piece to the drama by being sued for criticizing this nonsense.

SAMSUNG HOPING TO BECOME A LEADER IN CELLULAR PHONE SALES

Samsung is currently sitting in the rank of 5th place among cellular phone manufacturers. But they are hoping to edge out Ericsson and Siemens for the number 3 spot. If they play their cards right, they might have a good shot at it too. Here is how close the race is among the three cell phone manufacturers.

With Samsung in 5th place at 6.4%, nothing to sneeze at considering many other smaller manufacturers fell by the wayside. Siemens is next at 6.8% and Ericsson at 7.2% sits on third place. Motorola obviously sits at second place with twice the market share of 15% and Nokia at over twice that with having 35% of the market.

Samsung has done well with partnering with Sprint PCS here in the US. Now they are moving along into entering the GSM (there it is again) market with partnering with Voicestream and GSM operators in Europe. One advantage that Samsung has over other manufacturers is that they conduct market research along with carriers to find out what cellular phone users devices and services are desired.

It doesn't appear as if any of the other manufacturers including Nokia have taken this path. Another advantage that they have along with Nokia is that their handset division is profitable. In today's market, that is saying something. It is a combo of these two areas along with advanced cell phones that Samsung hopes will help it take the leap into 3rd place.

If you haven't already checked out Samsung cell phones, you should. They come out with good cell phones that offer some interesting features while being relatively inexpensive for cell phones. Besides, we are big advocates of market research anyhow. If a company is willing to take the time, effort, and expense to find out what we would like in a cell phone then they can have my vote in the next election.

WEIRD UNIVERSAL CELL PHONE CARD AVAILABLE FROM GPA

Okay. Seems a company called the GPA (Global Prepaid Alliance), yes the same one mentioned in the article above, is offering a universal prepaid cellular phone card to retailers. Not that we are cutting them down either as it is an interesting concept but the question we have is whether it will really work.

Here is how it works. The retailer must purchase these prepaid cellular cards in the exact denomination of the prepaid cellular carrier's phone plan. So if AT&T Wireless offers 60 minute cards and Cingular offers 75 minute cards, you must purchase these cards with those exact denomination of minutes.

The retailer can sell a card with a PIN on it to the prepaid cellular customer. The customer must call in and tell the customer service representative who is the prepaid cellular provider. A huge case of confusion ready to happen there. After that, depending on the provider, the prepaid cellular phone user may be asked to call another toll free number to activate the phone.

Once this is all done, it is the retailer's responsibility to make sure they and possibly the customer understand that these cards will expire and other restrictions apply. GPA states that they are adding additional prepaid cellular phone carriers onto this program in the near future.

We couldn't get all the details from their website so you will have to contact them directly if you are curious about their program. Again, a very interesting concept but one that doesn't seem likely to work out well. Here are the main problems that I would see with it. First, I would always decide to buy direct if I were to sell prepaid cellular as the margins are fairly low. Having a middleman markup just wouldn't work out too well. If you have ever seen the wholesale pricing on prepaid wireless service, you would think the same thing.

Next, I would want to be able to call one phone number to activate a phone, airtime cards, or to resolve customer service issues. Adding to that, I see a ton of logistics issues that could very well be the demise of this type of program if enough customers are not satisfied with the overall experience.

Unless I am mistaken, they either bought the airtime denominations from the carriers and branded them under their own name or they are brokering the prepaid cellular service. An ingenious marketing concept but one that I personally don't see as being able to fly too far. There are just too many obstacles to be overcome in this industry to make it feasible.

I will give them credit for being pioneers and taking a risk though. The advantage to their service is that you can have one card for different kinds of prepaid cellular service providers. But I can't say that I see that advantage as being overwhelmingly important to the disadvantages of offering such a product as a retailer.

CELLULAR TOWER COMPANIES TAKING A HIT IN POCKET AND REDUCE BUILDOUTS

What the devil is going on here? Cellular phone subscribers continue to use more minutes, the number of people signing up for cellular phone service continues to grow, yet we are seeing a reduction in cellular phone tower building. Does this mean that we are going to see more coverage spots with no wireless service? Could be.

But that isn't a given yet. Towers are still being built or leased but not nearly at the frenzied rate that is has been done in the past couple of years. That and many tower companies have been losing money hand over fist for some time now. We mentioned before that putting up a tower is expensive. It is more expensive than you may think.

Net losses by tower companies range from 110 million to 240 million dollars in just one year. It is only natural that the tower companies would pull back on spending and halt projects in progress to conserve cash while they rebuild their coffers with revenue from current earnings. (Isn't that equivalent to some of our state lotteries?)

What doesn't make sense is why the carriers are pinching their purse strings too. Are all of them thinking of building GSM networks in the US and decided to hold on building new towers for their coverage areas? Could be but we are just speculating on that part of it. Something is going on and we can't quite put our finger on it.

Cingular is still going to have 300 to 350 towers built next year although they have plans on building out a GSM network. That is a lot of towers but Nextel had something like 2,000 towers built over the past two years. However, 300 to 350 towers could be used to support existing areas that have seen increasingly dense traffic on their networks and may not mean an expansion of coverage.

You wouldn't think they had that many towers built with the way service coverage is so spotty in some areas. The biggest complaint that cell phone users have today is the coverage spots. On the other hand, they are working within limitations of many people trying to keep towers from being built in their neighborhoods too. It's a trade-off that hasn't found its happy medium yet.

We are at a loss as to what to think about the lack of towers being built. It is a very strange trend taking place so we tossed this in here in case anyone could shed any light on it. If we find out any more as to how this will affect cellular phone users, we will let you know. It has peaked our interest and we will do some digging on it.

Speaking of digging. I went to South Dakota to try my hand at panning for gold. I found what I thought were gold nuggets. The guy who ran the mine looked at it and said these are the Black Hills son. It's full of fool's gold. He said he would put the nuggets in a bottle for me as a souvenir. I told him to keep it. He said that is why they call it fool's gold. I asked why? He said only a fool would give away gold.

Okay, so I made that up but it sure did sound good didn't it?

MORE NEW GADGETS AND STUFF COMING TO THE MARKETPLACE

We have some more interesting gizmos coming out on the market. What we have listed below are some that we found to be the more interesting types. A brief description is listed with each one. You can visit the websites of the respective companies if you are really interested in the product.

Personal Locator Watch by Wherify Wireless. A device that can quickly identify the location of children, mentally challenged seniors, and others that may be at risk of getting lost. I would have got one for my dog but he is a Static Kling breed of the the Love Hog species so I won't have to worry about that too much. www.wherifywireless.com

Nokia 3360 cell phone. Has some cool covers available for animal conservationists. One cover is of the screech owl and the other of a humpback whale. Sushi is nasty stuff anyway. Corporate geeky types can get a Dilbert cover. You can find them at www.nokia.com

In building repeater by Ace Technology. Used to improve coverage in buildings. OOPS! Wrong newsletter. Here is the website in case you want to make people think you are really smart. www.aceteq.com

Samsung SPH N300 by Samsung! Kind of strange looking for a cell phone so we added it in here. It has the GPS chip for the mandated 911 emergency location service. Later on when services for entertainment, traffic reports, and driving directions are available, you can use it for that too. Our advice is to hold up on buying that one until the services are actually available.

Three dimensional cell phones. Made of fiberglass with dimensions of 7 ft x 3 ft. We found a company that actually sells these things. A must have for any self respecting cell phone ban protester! Diesel truck batteries not included.

That's it for this edition. Check back next month and we should have some more.

NGAME IS MAKING A WAVE THE WORLD OVER IN WIRELESS GAMING

This is the company may take WAP by storm if anybody is going to do it. They are in the one market that appeals to almost all age groups. Games. A recent survey indicated that although people might say that they want financial info, stock quotes, etc., the truth is that in reality, WAP phone subscriber usage is really geared toward playing games.

Ngame is definitely making a strong play to be the global leader in wireless games. These range from simple arcade games to multiplayer quiz games, casino games, role-playing, and strategy games. For those of you who may not know, it is Ngame who is providing the content to 6 out of the 8 largest wireless operators in the US as well as the 2 largest wireless operators in Canada.

They have made two strategic moves which has effectively put them into the Hispanic and Asian markets. The first was in signing a distribution agreement with Opentown, a South Korean company that currently caters to gamers in Asia. With this agreement, Ngame will offer Opentown's games outside of Asia and Opentown will reciprocate with marketing Ngame's content to the Asian market on a non exclusive basis to Japan, China, and Hong Kong and on an exclusive basis to Taiwan and Korea.

With an already impressive 100 games available on various platforms thanks to the agreement with Opentown, Ngame has advanced even further with their latest move. They signed a distribution agreement with Wapidu out of Barcelona, Spain. Giving Ngame a foothold into the Hispanic market. The fact that Ngame has been able to penetrate both of these markets in such a short time says a lot about the company and their vision of the future.

The same type of agreement has been reached with Wapidu which also gives Ngame another 20 games to add to their portfolio. Putting Ngame ahead of their time and many competitors, too. Whereas Microsoft is synonymous with personal computers, Ngame will surely become synonymous with wireless gaming in any language.

We expect to see many great things from Ngame. They were the first company to have a wireless game nominated for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Award. This can mean only one thing for gamers worldwide. Paradise on Earth might very well be on its way if own a cell phone.

HOP ON WIRELESS FIRST TO DISTRIBUTE DISPOSABLE CELLULAR PHONES

You decide on what to make of this one. Hop On Wireless has struck a deal where they are giving away their disposable cellular phones for free with a promotion to be run with the Jurassic Park III movie videos. We know you want details and we are getting there. Just hold your horses for a second. On second thought, click the link below so we don't have to think about where to end this paragraph.

You made it! Great. I almost panicked there for a minute. You have to purchase a Video or DVD of Jurassic Park III from Universal Studios Home Video with an insert of the disposable cell phone. To make these phones a bit more unusual is that they will also feature a branded Jurassic Park faceplate to make them into collectibles.

Not to worry if you should miss out on this promotion as there will be more companies who will want to try the very same thing. I write that with a certainty because it is a marketing strategy that has worked well with other items so there is no reason to believe that it can't or won't be duplicated with disposable cell phones.

Personally, I would love to get my hands on some disposable cell phones that had my favorite celebrities plastered all over them. Can't tell you who because you might try to snag them before I do just so you can sell them to me at scalper prices. I wonder if anyone would pay $100 for one of these phones if I were to put my mug on there. Anybody interested in my offer? No? I wouldn't buy one with your mug on it either. That makes us even.

We tried to get an update from Telespree but no dice. We then contacted Dieceland, we were told that they were in the testing phase and near completion. After that it was a matter of making final adjustments for carriers and then it would they would be off and running with distribution. No definite timeframe was given.

Hop On Wireless expects to have a plain version of their cell phones available in various retail outlets such as Chevron Mini Marts, Kmart, Target, and 7/11 around the end of this month for about $30. The phones will come with 60 minutes of talk time but you can only make outbound calls on them. Once the time is used up, the phones can be thrown away or recycled since they are not rechargeable. Oh Yeah. They don't have a keypad so you have to use an earpiece and voice-activated dialing.

Our advice is to be environmentally friendly and recycle them. The other area we are not clear on is the FCC mandate regarding the 911 service being made available on all cellular phones. Since these phones do not allow incoming calls, we are not sure how this is going to pan out. For that matter, we aren't even sure how they got around that part of it prior to releasing the product for distribution.

Maybe it is time for us to set up a short little interview with them to see if they will talk to us about it. We won't know unless we take a shot at it right? The veterans of our newsletter know that we are always good for taking a shot, long or short if only to see what will happen. For the time being, we will have to leave this as a buyer beware kind of purchase.

A SPECIAL 2001 TRIBUTE TO MOM & DAD ARTICLE

Don't anybody think that I am getting soft or anything. My father-in-law and mother-in-law have recently learned how to use a computer and even write emails at the ripe old age of 106 or somewhere in that neighborhood. For their next anniversary I have to go to the museum just to find something that will fit the occasion since diamonds are only good for the 120th year wedding anniversary. I am not the best thief in the world so I think a tribute to them would be appropriate for the end of this year.

So here I go.

To Mom & Dad,

The best Christmas I could have asked for this year is in having my wife, your daughter, here to spend that day and many more in the future with me. No sooner had I taken her hand in marriage and I took her off to a foreign country called New Jersey that even has its own time zone. Maybe a twilight zone too. They even have these big leafy plants that someone told me were "trees".

I am grateful to you for allowing me to have the pleasure of introducing your daughter as my beautiful wife to my new friends, peers, and fellow dog lovers. I really tried to introduce her to the swans, geese, and ducks too. But the swans just hissed at me, the geese honked like broken cars, and the ducks were especially insulting by calling me a quack on a repeated basis.

The next Christmas gift I would ask of you is to tell your daughter to stop neglecting me as often as she does. I am often left starving ( I have to wait ten minutes before she says it is ready), she won't let me surf the channels as all men have the need to do (when we are watching a blockbuster video), and she hogs all of the blankets too. As you can see, I am severely neglected!

In all seriousness, I appreciate the sacrifice you made by giving me your daughter's hand in marriage. I know she is no longer just across the way but I know that in her heart she is always close to home and to you. I am sure you already know this but I will put it in writing here and now in front of thousands of witnesses. I love your daughter, my wife, very much.

As to my tribute to you both. I believe I am very fortunate to have in-laws such as the two of you. It is not everyday that somebody can inherit the loving and caring parents that you are. That is enough for me to consider myself to be the wealthiest man in the world when I take into consideration that I have a very beautiful wife, too.

My thanks to you for all eternity.

P.S. I have finally joined a workaholics anonymous group. The nice part is that the meetings are conducted by conference call so we don't have to leave the office.

END OF YEAR EDITORIAL FOR HEARD BY THE WATER COOLER

Another year has just blown by us! Where has the time gone? The last issue for the year, and I didn't even have anybody to really pick on and I couldn't find a controversial topic to throw in here either. That is okay as I have a whole year coming up to find somebody to make mad at us about something or other. But we heard something from a prepaid cell phone user that may be of interest.

We have not validated this yet so maybe you can help. We were told that AT&T Prepaid Wireless has cut their interval for the activation of renewal airtime cards to 45 days instead of the normal 90 days they have been offering. Now that is a creative way to increase pricing by 100%! To make things worse, the sales rep said that ATTWS told them to tell customers that the FCC forced (AT&T Wireless) to do it. The multiple choice options are a) insanity b) ingenious c) stupidity or d) AT&T Wireless for you. Again, this is subject to verification so take a closer look the next time you have to buy an airtime card.

Next year should be an interesting one. We expect to see a lot of developments in the wireless world that should be interesting enough. What it may be, we can't say but we can tell you not to use your crystal ball in a bowling alley. We also know from reading tons of material and from constant research that there is a lot of stuff going on in the background that isn't readily apparent. We will keep you posted throughout the year as we learn more.

Allow us to take a minute to thank those of you who contributed your words of wisdom, advice, and compliments on this publication. We would also like to give special thanks to William Van Hefner, Publisher of the The Digest. He has been a great help lately in helping us further establish CPN as a publication.

The funniest situation that happened this year was when we were contacted by AT&T to help them research their own cellular phone promotions. Seems they couldn't figure out what phones they used to offer and who manufactured the phones for them. If they were dumb enough to admit that they didn't know their own phones and then they were willing to pay somebody to find out, who are we to turn away such a stupid request? The next thing you know, they will be asking us what AT&T means.

Another reminder. We know that some of our material is biased and you should take this into account when reading our newsletter. When our opinions are biased, we try to make it very clear that it is such. We attempt to be as clear, accurate, and truthful in how we portray our observations. In an effort to ensure that we remain fair in our publishing of articles, we always leave the door wide open for rebuttals. We would be objective in all that we write but that would be much too boring.

It's time to stop here. I am now suffering from finger cramps, writer's block, and probably some other as of yet unknown and unnamed diseases. So that is it for this year. Catch our next publication coming out in 2002. We know you won't be able to wait too long so we will try and have it out by the 2nd.

Until then, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
