DRIVING & TALKING IS AN EXPENSIVE ENDEAVOR IN SOME AREAS
We have to warn our traveling subscribers to prepare for some seriously crazy situations to occur in the near
future. Why? In most cases, laws are passed by the state and federal
legislature, but ordinances are passed
by a city.
There has been a spur of activity by cities to implement ordinances that ban driving and talking on a cellular
phone. How does this affect you? You know the saying that ignorance of the law is no excuse. And it can bite
you in the pocket book for a substantial amount of cash. Take a look at the following ordinances that have
been passed or are looking to be passed. If you visit there areas, make sure to keep them in mind.
Chicago - the city council introduced legislation in March that would offer a driver found talking on a cellular
phone while driving the winner of a $25 ticket. You will also be looking at a $100 ticket if the driver causes an
accident and was talking on the cellular phone. It leads us to believe the party that files a lawsuit can use it in
court to solidify the claim for damages against the driver.
Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Expect to be the the recipient of a $75 ticket just for talking on a cellular phone while
driving. This ordinance will be effective later this month.
Brooklyn, Ohio, has already passed the above ordinance and is racking up the tickets big time.
In Kansas, a bill is being proposed to allow drivers 2 minutes to talk on a cellular phone before being required
to pull over to continue talking. Will the officer really be able to prove he timed them prior to pulling them over?
Connecticut was trying to pass a bill that would ban talking on a cellular phone while driving in the left lane but it
was killed.
We would advise you to be wary of using your cellular phone in a new location. The problem that protesters
have with the ordinances is that there is not consistency nor uniformity among the laws making it so that users
must learn hundreds if not thousands of ordinances all over the nation.
And William provided us with the ultimate solution to the problem. Allow local cities to enact ordinances as
they wish. Just pass a federal mandate that requires all cities and states that pass cellular phone ordinances
to give all out of town/state visitors a warning on the first offense.
We understand the desire of the communities to promote safety. They should promote safety without trying to
fill the coffers of the local government at the expense of tourists. Once again, a compromise is in order here.

WILLIAM EARNS THE EXPERT'S GOLD SHIELD
We have mentioned that William was a resident of expertcentral.com imparting advice and recommendations
to visitors. He went from the bronze shield to the gold shield in 3 months. He is listed at the top of a number
of categories because of his newly acquired gold shield as well.
He said he didn't know if he was going to accept the "expert spotlight" or not if it is offered to him. The
chances of it being offered are very high. This is his umpteenth time being recognized by an association or
organization for his expertise.
This had to follow his being included in the International Executive's Guild for Telecom Professionals. There is
no recovery in sight for him. We pray that he is never recognized by a major publication or media source.
But there is a slight problem with all of this too. Like Confucius, when you ask him a question the response
you get is vague and mysterious. You really have to think about it for a minute to understand what he just told
you.
The user comments say that his answers are clear and concise. And he really does give them a straight
answer too. Try and get him to do that here and the sky would probably fall. Around here, you can expect to
get one of two types of responses from William. Ask him a question and he will either give you a wise man on
the mountain response or he will come back at you with a question of his own.
If only he would follow with most of the other companies and say, "I don't pay you to think." I almost want to
ask him if I am fired for writing this to see what type of response I would get. He would probably tell me that I
couldn't be so lucky to get away that easily.

RADBUSTERS - DEFINITELY A UNIQUE WEBSITE
Everyone that reads this newsletter knows our stand on anti-radiation devices for cellular phones. Here is
another one of William's unique talents. It is also the reason why he insists on our taking our
position on them.
In his younger years, he used to be a team leader for an EMRT [emergency medical response team] for
radiation spills. He refuses to discuss it in any detail. What I do know is that he was exposed to and absorbed
more radiation that any of us will in our lifetimes. He still has his hair but he glows in the dark.
Our quick tidbit on radiation. Alpha radiation is stopped by external clothing. Beta radiation penetrates the
clothing but is stopped by our skin. Gamma & neutron radiation as is found in nuclear military devices
penetrates the entire body. You will not find the latter two types of radiation being emitted from standard
household appliances or electronic devices.
Which brings us to this unique website. As I understand it, we agreed to write about them because what they
offered was unique and they were basing their assumptions on scientific facts regarding EMF. Overall, we
were impressed with them.
Specifically, they manufacture devices which redirect EMF [Electro Magnetic Fields] caused by electronic
devices. These products are purported to assist with everything from restoring energy to cooked food to
neutralizing EMF exposure to chasing out ghosts. Something of a oriental holistic method of treatment.
They even have a testimonial by a retired NASA engineer about these devices. The website includes some
interesting before and after photos of people wearing the devices and not wearing them. A very simply
designed website but well laid out and very easy to navigate.
What we appreciated the most was their honesty in filing this disclaimer on the ordering page.
"We are frequently asked why the harmful energies from electronics or ground radiation zones do not show up
as a reading on a Tri-field or Gauss Meter. This is because the harmful energies we refer to are neither
electrical nor magnetic in nature, but accompany electro-magnetic fields. Industry and the government
continue to release reports stating that there is no evidence that electronic fields cause cancer. This is correct.
These fields cause stress to the immune system and stress can create conditions favorable for cancer."
-Robert McKusick, Biomagnetic Research, Inc.
They are respecting a visitor's intelligence by documenting this information. Plus they are offering consumers
a more robust perspective of the issue. In our eyes, this lends them more credibility than those seeking the
media spotlight and ratings. We thought the spiritual undertone was kind of cool too.
There is a right way to do things and a wrong way to do things. Those in the wireless industry who wish to
scare consumers to no end for their own financial benefit should take a few pointers from these people. It's
called giving people credit for having more than half a brain.
We have also been told that they will give our subscribers a 10% discount if you order and then contact them
via email stating that you are a subscriber of EarthVision Cellular's newsletter. For orders over $300, you will
get a 30% discount. To visit them, go to the following URL.

At the very least it is worth a visit and maybe your consideration. We will give you credit for being intelligent
enough to make your own decisions based on the information provided.

TIME TO GET INTO WALL STREET - WIRELESS STOCKS BOOMING
We are not financial advisors nor are we wall street analysts. So whatever you do, don't make a purchase
based on what we tell you in this article. We offer this information simply to educate you. Now, we see the
stock market going up and down. What sector hasn't been affected? You got it. The wireless sector.
Here is the trend that we have seen on wireless stocks.
Palm Inc. came out on their IPO in March at $38 and blasted up to almost $56 a share. 724 Solutions came
out at $26 and went up to $176 per share. Aether came out on their IPO offering at $16 per share and now sits
at around $255 per share. Tritel came out at $18 and is now about $38 per share. We only saw one that
came in under its original offering price which was Dobson Communications. Started out at $22 and ended
up at $20 per share or so.
So who is coming out with an IPO later this month. Neopoint, and Metawave Communications. AT&T will be
coming out slightly later. We are waiting to see when they the SEC approves them for going public.
In the first week of April, it was i3 mobile Inc. and GoAmerica. They started out at about $14 per share, but we
do not have the current price as of the publishing of this newsletter.
If you have been considering the stock market, you may want to read up on these companies as much as
possible or get an account established just in case you decide to jump into the fray. As with any financial
investment, we would recommend you consult with your advisor prior to putting down any
money. [Better
check with the wife too!]

VIDEO CELLULAR PHONES - BELIEVE IT OR NOT
As much as I hate to say it, we are getting our butts kicked! Asia has more fun features on their cellular
phones than we will have in the next five years. Now they have the video cellular phone. Not real time but it
still offers wireless video and still photography. A technology in
its infancy that we will see at some point in the
future while Asia will have streaming video.
Samsung created a portable TV and cellular phone that has a 1.8 inch LCD screen to make available in Korea
in the December timeframe. Most of the video phones that will be coming out will allow for the mpeg video to
be downloaded slowly for playback at a later time.
Right now there are two manufacturers that are working furiously to develop handsets with this technology and
they are NEC corp. and Samsung. The storage of video is not expected to be a major issue because the
bandwidth requirements are minimal.
If we are in luck, we might be able to store still photos on our cellular phones sometime within the next two
years or so. So far we have been able to make some fairly accurate predictions. We will have to wait and see
if we break our winning streak with this one.
Then again, I shouldn't be surprised by that since we are behind the
Europeans in our technology too. They
are developing cell phones that allow them to purchase items directly from a vending machine. To think that I
would have access to the fifth major food group [Twinkies] with just a touch of a few buttons on my cellular
phone!

REFURBISHED [AKA REBUILT & USED] PHONES POPULAR WITH CARRIERS
We may have a shortage of new cellular phones but we do not when it comes to used phones. Only 10% of
used phones are recycled for use after someone has upgraded to a new phone. Carriers are now trying to get
creative in how to use the used phones that are piling up.
BAM has started offering a program that allows for someone who upgrades to a new phone to activate the old
phone as a prepaid cellular phone. A good way to generate more sales. For the budget conscious, you will
find some companies offering used phones with prepaid cellular service.
With that we will say, buyer beware. Refurbished phones generally have a very short warranty time on them.
In most cases, you can expect no more than a 90 day warranty if that.
Although a lot of used phones in the US are sold to South America, it hasn't been enough to put any real dent
in the used phone marketplace. South America has a specific type of analog phone that they need to use
which is no longer readily available here in the US. Here at EarthVision Cellular, we often get contacted for
NAMP phones for Europe and South America.
Another avenue being pursued is to give thousands of used cellular phones to non profit organizations. One
national organization will get about a half million cellular phones this year alone. Any and all who will take them
if only to get them back onto the market and diminish the demand for new phones. Far be it from us to tell
them where they can find individuals and companies that are looking for used phones.

EARTHVISION CELLULAR TO SEEK PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTMENTS
The official announcement as you see it here. We are now in the process of seeking private equity investment
into the corporation. EarthVision Communications Inc. has been evolving over the past couple of years, and
now that we are online, evolution is the name of the game.
The additional funding will allow us to expand on our product offerings and provide more value added services
to our customers and subscribers. We secured the services of a 3rd party to assist us in locating the right
investors into the company. Our expectations are high that we will be making some unorthodox
advancements on how business is conducted online.
Three important events have prompted this decision. The first being that we are steadily growing each month.
And the second event was that we were approached with a buyout offer that was declined without
consideration. The third is a very good one. You! That is right, you have been providing us with such positive
feedback that we are going to take the plunge. You have been very supportive of our company with providing
feedback, referrals, and much more. By our moving forward in this manner, we will be able to give a little
something back to you. We consider it a great honor to have you with us.
Some of you who have been long time subscribers have seen the progressive growth of the website. I am
going to let the cat out of the bag here. William is the founder and creator of EarthVision Communications Inc.
Everything you see on the website was engineered by him.
His vision encompasses a number of new ideas that he would like to make a reality which will take more
financing before it can happen. The goal is to make EarthVision Cellular not only a leader in the industry but a
GLOBAL leader in the industry. Wish us luck!

THE INTERNET'S YELLOW BRICK ROAD TO RICHES - NOT QUITE
This article has been added because of the number of inquires that William has been getting from people
asking how they, too, can get online and make millions of dollars. A couple of times he responded by telling
people that he didn't know but if they found out how to do it, he was open to some charity deposits in his bank
account. These people almost have him convinced that he really is a millionaire and the bank has been
stealing all of his money. For some people this is going to be a serious reality check and for the veterans it will
be nothing new.
Here is the area where most new entrepreneurs get confused. They think that all they need to do is throw up a
website and the money will just come rolling in. I know I missed the boat when I didn't join one of the MLM
programs that says the person promoting the program is making $8700 a day.
[I did try to join a couple of times. The instructions said to email me for more info. When I sent an email to
"me", it kept coming back as undeliverable.]
We need to put this into perspective for some. Here is one example of a question asked of William.
"I am thinking of putting up a website to make money online. I don't know much about cellular phones but I
would like to try that. Can you help?"
This individual was told that it wasn't that simple. Companies are built from dedication and purpose. If you are
going to start a business, you had to be almost obsessed to make it work. He was also told that if he was
going to do it just for the money, he may want to reconsider his options. [Like getting into one of those MLM
programs that pay $8700 a day and cost only $59.95 to join.] Especially if he had limited or no experience in
the industry or in running a business. He was apt to make the same mistakes that many other online
businesses are making even now.
This guy came back with a foul and flaming response telling William that he just didn't want to see more
competition. We won't detail this guy's response. It was much too offensive to repeat here.
After reading this response, I thought: What competition? If these are the types of people out there putting up
websites, there isn't any competition for us to be concerned about. This must be the reason why the analysts
have predicted that thousands of websites online today will no longer exist by the end of this year. Not the only
reason to be sure, but it must have a major impact on it.
If this guy should ever come back and read our archives, we have only one thing to
say: Don't expect to be
rubbing elbows with Bill Gates anytime soon.
For the remainder of you who are realistic and are looking to do business
online: expect to put in a lot of time,
sweat, and sleepless nights for about two years before you start to make any headway. It will be by no means
a walk in the park. The rule of thumb is that you will not get something for nothing. And there is still no
guarantee that you will make millions of dollars.
