For the budget
conscious, this is probably the best route to go. You
can get a phone with the original manual and all the
accessories included for a fairly good price. You can
find them on nearly every Internet auction out there.
The standard procedure
is that you have to send the money directly to the
sending party and then they will send you the phone
that you have purchased. They don’t know you and you
don’t know them. Which brings us to another point.
You don’t know them.
What is to say that the phone you are getting is really
what you expected? Are you certain that the phone comes
with a warranty? And if you were to take them to small
claims court, how would you collect provided you won
the case? Has the phone been blocked from being
activated by a carrier?
